Coupon, Combo, Special Set Up

1. Set Up Menu Items as Coupons

• Go to Back Office, Menu Set Up, Menu Item set up
• Create a New Category Call Coupon
• Click On Edit, check Is Coupon Check Box, save
• Set the minimum order amount required for the coupon
• Create new items as coupons, such as Free Eggroll for Order over $10, set price as 0.001
• Click on edit, Set the minimum order amount required for the coupon
• Coupons as menu items are generally used as Free Items to be given away when order total reaches certain amount
• You can also also set price as negative
• You can also click on Edit button on an item and set the web coupon code, which can be used by online ordering customers to get free items
• To use the Coupon, simply go to ordering screen, click on Coupon Category, then click on the coupon item to be added to the order

2. Set Up Coupons as Discounts

• Go to Back Office, then Marketing
• Click on Coupon Set Up
• Click on Create Coupon
• Enter Coupon name, coupon code, coupon amount, percentage check, etc and click on save
• Coupons can be dollar amount or percentage
• Coupons can item level coupon or order level coupon
• To apply item level coupon, add an item to the order on the ordering screen, click on modify, then click on Price +/-, then click on coupons button
• Click on the coupon to be applied to the item, then click on Done
• To apply orderlevel coupon, click on Price +/- button on the ordering screen, then click on coupons button
• Click on the coupon to be applied to the order

3. Set Up Web Special

• The web special is only for online orders
• GO to Back Office, then Marketing
• Click on Send Web Specials
• Ente web special 
• Enter Discount percentage such as 10
• Save, Upload and send emails to customers

4. Set Up Combo Items

• Combo Items are normally for Pizza restaurants for something like two large pizzas with two toppings for 11.99 etc
• Go to Back Office, Menu Set Up, Menu Item Set Up
• Create a category called Combos, Click on Edit button and check the is Combo check box
• Click on Items and add a new Item like two large pizzas with two toppings for 11.99 etc
• Click on Set Up Combo Items
• Add a new Combo Item such as First Large Pizza, enter the amount in allowance field, such as 2 for two toppings (the first two toppings are free and each topping is $1 in this example). Click on modifiers to add modifiers if needed
• Add another Combo following the same steps for the first item
